Product Manager

At CtrlPrint, we are revolutionising corporate reporting by building the market-leading collaboration platform for corporate reporting projects. We are a fast-growing SaaS company headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in London, Helsinki and Sydney, supporting customers worldwide. More than 1,000 customers trust us with their most important documents each year, and we're looking for a passionate Product Manager to join our product team and play a key role in our continued success.

You will:

  • Own the product vision, strategy and roadmap for a key product area, directly impacting the experience of over 1,000 customers.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deeply understand user needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Drive the execution of the product roadmap, working closely with your squad to bring your product vision to life and contribute to a mature, successful and continuously growing platform.
  • Analyse market trends and the competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Define and track key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our platform to meet the evolving regulatory landscape, including ESEF reporting requirements and XBRL standards.
  • Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring that our product delivers exceptional value and solves real problems.

You are:

  • An experienced, curious and motivated professional.
  • A collaborative team player with strong communication skills, eager to work closely with team members to solve problems and create value.
  • You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a track record of successful product outcomes.
  • Proven ability to define and drive product strategy from ideation to launch.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform decisions.
  • A passion for building great products and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience or knowledge of ESEF reporting, XBRL and international financial reporting.
  • Experience of working in a SaaS environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
