Information security procedures
CtrlPrint is certified according to ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management. We also conduct regular security audits of code and infrastructure, including third-party penetration testing. In addition to ISO 27001:2013 we follow recommendations from Cloud Security Alliance’s (CSA) Security, Trust & Assurance Registry (STAR). We have also completed a ‘Consensus Assessment Initiative’ (CAI) Questionnaire.
Availability
CtrlPrint’s platform is operated at several geographically dispersed data centres to create redundancy. All systems and infrastructure are constantly monitored by both CtrlPrint and our data centre provider. Tests of ‘Disaster recovery’ and ‘Business continuity’ are performed regularly according to our ISMS (Information Security Management System).
